1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisionMirror ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

VisionMirror is an AI-powered visualization and manifestation platform that generates photorealistic images of your goals and dreams. The Service includes face-swap technology, vision boards, daily affirmations, and goal tracking features. VisionMirror is a tool for personal motivation and visualization — it does not guarantee the achievement of any specific outcomes.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

VisionMirror offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time — you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Unused visualizations roll over up to 2x your monthly allocation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create non-consensual images of real people (you may only use your own face or faces you have explicit permission to use)
• Impersonate others or create misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Images generated through VisionMirror using your prompts and face photos are yours to use for personal purposes. You retain ownership of any photos you upload. VisionMirror retains ownership of the Service, its design, code, and underlying AI models. You may not resell AI-generated images as stock photography or use them to train competing AI models.

7. Face Photo Usage

When you upload a face photo, it is used solely for the purpose of generating personalized visualizations through our face-swap technology. Your face photos are stored securely and are never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. You may delete your face photo at any time from your profile settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

VisionMirror is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall VisionMirror be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
